This spiritual foundation is then translated using the raw, vibrant energy of the Western Australian landscape where I now live and create.

• Australian Influence (Colour and Texture): The Australian environment pushes me toward bold, high-contrast colours and thick, expressive texture. I use heavy body acrylics for texture and employ complex layering to capture the unique iridescence of Australian birdlife, like the intense blue of the Splendid Fairy-wren.

• The Unifying Factor: The high-quality finish achieved through my structured acrylic painting techniques ensures that both influences—the subtle and the bold—can coexist on the same canvas with integrity and expertise.
